Stillwater Home Buyer was started by Tyler, with hands-on experience in real estate acquisitions, renovations, and rental properties — including tenant situations and the unexpected repairs that come with owning real property.
That experience shapes how we work today. Owning and maintaining property is rarely simple, and neither is deciding to sell one. Tyler approaches every conversation with that in mind — taking time to understand the property, the situation, and what actually matters to the homeowner before talking about what might come next.
